A quick view of some of our lodges

The phrase ‘The customer is king’ has a hollow ring to it, judging by the numerous examples of customer neglect we have seen and even experienced in this industry. It seems that promises, to some people, mean nothing!

The most striking characteristic of our service to you is – WE KEEP OUR PROMISES!

We are proud to say that Real Africa Safari Holdings, consistently commits resources to keep our promises, regardless of what it sometimes costs. We continue to go to great lengths, to close the gap between the performance of our service and what our customers expect.

We know that our customers measure their satisfaction with our service, by comparing it against their own expectations created or established in their minds. If our performance is below their expectations we fail, and they will be dissatisfied. If our performance equals their expectations, they are satisfied; and if our performance exceeds expectations, we have just gained a customer and friend for life.

Oh yes, and the best advertisement – MONEY CAN’T BUY!

One Response

Once again, thank you for visiting our blog and we look forward to recieving your comments or requests.

To help you make the right decision and choosing the right Safari for you, here is some general good advice:

    1. If it’s your first time to Africa, perhaps just start with a excellent plainsgame hunt. The reason we say this, is, perhaps you are dissapointed with us, or your outfitter you chose. So what you don’t want, is to come to Africa as a first timer, spend a lot of money, have high expectations, and then be dissapointed later.

    2. Should you want to do the big stuff on your first safari, our suggestion is that you ask your outfitter for a reasonable amount of referrals, before you book. Make sure the referrals given, are people who have some permanancy, either are well known, or have a business of sorts. This should give you more peace of mind that you are speaking to someone real and not just a setup.

    3. There’s nothing wrong with asking the referral to send you some photo’s of their hunt either, In this way you can make sure, they’ve actually been.

    4. Also do yourself the favour and “google” your outfitters name and that of his/her company. Youwill be surprised to say the least of what Google can sometimes come up with.

    5. Ok, this done, now you need to choose the destination of choice. Real Africa Safari Holdings’ is privileged to say that we have a huge choice of options for you.

South Africa, Namibia, and Botswana is our primary areas we do of our most hunting. Should you be interested in an excellent plains game hunt, then Namibia should actually be your first choice. It’s a beautifull country and our facilities are excellent.

    6. The best advice we possibly can give you, is to communicate with us. Let us get to know your needs, what you are looking for, if you have been before etc. In this way we can help you put together a safari which will best suit you.

    7. Be careful of fancy websites and making your decision based on some website photo’s only. These can often be misleading and you will end up being dissapointed.

It may sound funny why we will use this blog to warn you against this and that. Well, as making long term friend is our primary objective, best marketing, and only strategy we use, it is important for us to also help and advise you against possible pitfalls.

We know we “walk our talk”, hence we want you to make the right decision.

May God Bless you and have a great day.

    “Africa Jack”
